We love good, traditional kugel recipes..the kind our mothers and grandmothers made. Here is a winning Noodle Kugel recipe from a favorite cookbook of ours, Mama Leah's Jewish Kitchen. Written in 1990 by Leah Loeb Fischer, a longtime New York City restaurateur, this recipe will be around another 20 years!
